What payment modes do you accept?adminWe accept Cash, NEFT/IMPS/RTGS transfers, Online Credit Card payments and On-premise credit card payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and all debit cards.
Do you provide same day rental?adminSubject to availability, we can provide same day rental. You can pickup in the morning at 10 am and return before 6.30 pm. If the equipment is not returned on the same day then we will charge additional half-day rental for drop-off on the next day.
What are the pickup and drop-off timings?adminOur standard pickup timing is between 4-6.30pm on the previous day of the rental start date. Drop-off timing is between 10-11am on the subsequent day of the rental end date. Please note that early pickup or late charges will apply for any advanced pickup and delayed drop-off instances.
Can I make a forward reservation?adminYou can make a forward reservation for any date. We will happy to block the equipment for you. However, to make a confirmed booking, we would request you to make 50% of the amount as an advance. Bookings/reservations made without payment will be treated as tentative and will be subject to cancellation with prior intimation, if we receive another confirmed booking for the same dates.
Do you provide Delivery and Pickup services?adminYes. We provide delivery and pick up service for photography gear that you hire from us. However, please note that this service becomes available to after the first rental. Once you register with us, for the first instance, you need to visit our office personally to pickup, thereafter, you can avail hassle free delivery and pick up service to get the gear delivered at your doorsteps.
I lost the camera/lens. What should I do?adminYou will be liable to pay the amount equivalent to the value of the equipment and rental charges applicable for the period till the amount is settled with us. You may file a police complaint for the recovery of such equipment if you desire so.
