I damaged the camera/lens, what should I do?

Based on our evaluation and the nature of the damage, appropriate charges will be recovered. If the damage is extensive, then we send it to the Authorised Service Centre and as per the estimate provided by them, we will recover the amount from you.

I lost the camera/lens. What should I do?

You will be liable to pay the amount equivalent to the value of the equipment and rental charges applicable for the period till the amount is settled with us. You may file a police complaint for the recovery of such equipment if you desire so.
